From Forgotten Hilltop to Living History: Designing a Game to Preserve Turó de la Rovira
While tourists climb the hilltop of Turó de la Rovira for its stunning skyline views, many overlook the deep layers of history beneath their feet. Once an anti-aircraft base during the Spanish Civil War and later home to migrant communities who built informal housing on its slopes, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is now threatened by vandalism, neglect, and social tension.
In collaboration with MUHBA (Barcelona's History Museum), our team set out to transform passive observation into active engagement—through the creation of a narrative-driven mobile game.
How do you turn a complex, underperforming B2B platform into a tool that truly supports its users—without a single line of code?
As the UX/UI Consultant for Orkli’s B2B e-commerce redesign, I translated real user pain points into strategic design solutions. From research to wireframes, this project focused on improving efficiency, usability, and future scalability—even if budget constraints halted its development. The outcome: a ready-to-build UX vision centered on the real needs of installers and business users.
